📦 I just placed an order—when will it ship?
Thank you for choosing Pnpeter! Every piece of jewelry undergoes a meticulous inspection and packaging process before it is dispatched. Please allow us 3–5 business days to process your order and conduct quality checks, ensuring it arrives in your hands in perfect condition.
🚚 How long does shipping take?
We select the best shipping partners (such as USPS, FedEx, etc.) based on your location:
United States: Estimated delivery within 5–14 business days.
Other Countries & Regions: Estimated delivery within 10–21 business days.
Friendly Reminder: While we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible, uncontrollable factors—such as weather conditions, public holidays, or customs clearance delays—may occasionally cause slight delays. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
🔍 Will I receive a tracking number?
Absolutely! As soon as your jewelry is shipped, we will immediately send you a tracking number via email. In our pursuit of the finest craftsmanship, our products are sourced from various curated studios around the globe; therefore, different items within a single order may be shipped in separate packages.

🛑 Can I cancel my order?
No problem! As long as you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order, you may cancel it unconditionally.
If your order has already been shipped, please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy. To cancel an order, please send an email to prettypp417@gmail.com and include "CANCEL" in the subject line.
📍 What should I do if I entered the wrong shipping address?
If you discover that you entered an incorrect address, please reply immediately to your order confirmation email or send the correct address to our official email inbox. If you contact us within 24 hours, we will be able to update your address for free.
💎 What if the jewelry I receive is damaged?
Although we provide secure, protective packaging for every piece of jewelry, accidents can occasionally happen during its long journey across the globe.
If you discover that your jewelry is damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately and provide the following:
Your Order Number
Photos of the damaged product
Once verified, we will immediately send you a free replacement—ensuring that your expectations are never left unfulfilled.
💡 A Few Helpful Tips:
Delivery Address: Local couriers typically deliver Monday through Friday. We recommend providing a convenient delivery address (such as your office or home) where someone is available to sign for the package, and please ensure your phone line remains open so the courier can contact you.
Signature Requirement: To ensure the security of our high-end jewelry, our shipping service typically requires a signature from the recipient personally or an authorized representative. Once the shipping status indicates that the package has been signed for, we cannot be held liable for any subsequent loss or theft.
Taxes and Duties: If the package incurs import duties or taxes in the destination country, these charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Changes Due to Personal Reasons: Any additional shipping costs incurred due to reasons attributable to the buyer (such as a last-minute change of address, refusal to accept delivery mid-transit, etc.) must be borne by the buyer.
