Section 1 – Online Store & Eligibility

You may not use our jewelry products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

Section 2 – Conclusion of Contract 
In accordance with EU regulations, the display of products in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order.
When you click the "Pay Now" or "Complete Order" button, you are placing a binding order for the items in your shopping cart. We will send you an automatic order confirmation email immediately. The sales contract is officially concluded only when we ship the product and send you a shipping confirmation email.

Section 3 – Modifications to the Service and Prices
Prices for our products are displayed in Euros (€) and are subject to change at any time.

For EU Customers: All prices shown on our website include Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable, but exclude shipping costs, which will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice, but this will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and accepted.

Section 4 – Products, Everyday Luxury & Visuals
Affordable Luxury: We are dedicated to providing beautiful, budget-friendly Islamic jewelry.

Color & Images: We do our best to display the colors and details of our jewelry as accurately as possible. However, since different screens show colors differently, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display will perfectly match the real product.

We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person or geographic region on a case-by-case basis.

Section 5 – EU Right of Withdrawal 
If you are a consumer residing within the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The Period: The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you (or a third party indicated by you) receive the physical goods.

How to Exercise: To exercise your right, you must inform us of your decision via email at prettypp417@gmail.com before the 14-day period ends.

Effects of Withdrawal: We will reimburse all payments received from you for the purchased items. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. The items must be sent back unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

Note: Custom-made or personalized jewelry is exempted from this 14-day right of withdrawal.

Section 6 – Statutory Warranty Rights 
If you live in the EU, you are protected by a statutory legal guarantee of conformity for goods. If a product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, you have the right to request a repair, a replacement, or a full/partial refund in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. Please contact us immediately at prettypp417@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue, and we will make it right.

Section 7 – Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order if we suspect fraudulent or unauthorized commercial activity. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

Section 8 – Prohibited Uses
You are strictly prohibited from using this website to engage in illegal activities, infringe upon our intellectual property rights, transmit viruses, or engage in malicious data scraping. Violation of these rules will result in an immediate termination of your access to our services.
